Sandye Prout - Office Manager/Legal Assistant
Sandye Prout has been a legal assistant for the past 18 years.    Originally from a military family background, she has since established roots in Wilmot with her husband and two children.  After graduating from the Nova Scotia Community College, Middleton site, in 1988, she began working for Stephen I. Cole.   In 1990 Sandye moved to Dartmouth and worked for a mid-sized law firm.   The lure of the Valley brought Sandye back to Middleton to re-join Cole Sawler Law in 1996.

Sandye has experience in various areas of law, primarily in Real Estate, Wills and Estates, and Business Law.   She is presently learning the "accounting" side of the law practice and enjoys the new challenge and experience it brings her.

Nancy Rhoddy - Reception
Nancy grew up in the beautiful Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, and received her diploma  in Office Administration from the Nova Scotia Community College in 1996.

Nancy spent a few years exploring the mountains and prairies of Alberta, but her eastern roots called her home.  Nancy now enjoys a very active life with her husband and two boys and has been an integral part of the Cole Sawler  team since 2005.

Jennifer Cann - Property Paralegal
A self-confessed “city girl” from Toronto, Jenn relocated to the Annapolis Valley in 2004 where she resides with her husband and son.  A recognized Law Clerk in the Province of Ontario, Jenn attended the University of Windsor, and completed her legal training at Seneca College in Toronto.

Jenn has worked in several law firms in Ontario and Nova Scotia in a variety of practice areas.  Since 2001, Jenn has focused on real estate law and now heads the property department at Cole Sawler Law.
